Here at the Sands Moe and Jimmy are focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. Ideally situated, with the famous Pleasure Beach, Sand Castle Water World, Casino and South Pier only a few minutes walk away.All rooms are en-suite with complimentary tea/coffee making facilities, hand and bath towels and toiletries. Colour TVs in all rooms and some with digital TV, all rooms have central heating. Some boast beautiful panoramic sea views at no extra charge. We offer accommodation with single, double, family and twin rooms available. We also have a family suite available with a sea view. We have a bar lounge which is fully licenced and stocked with draught beers, wines and spirits for our guests enjoyment only. Guests children are welcome in the bar area where we have a small selection of boxed games for their enjoyment. NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR 3 DAY SPECIALS FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR. Our breakfast is served over 2 sittings, the first being 8AM and the second at 8.45. Help yourself to cereals and fruit juice while you wait for your delicious freshly cooked breakfast served with hot toast and complimented with as much tea and coffee as you want. For your safety we have 24 hr recording security cameras in operation. When available we also do a pick up service from the bus or train station or airport, please ask about this when booking. Please note arrival times are between 2pm and 6pm unless pre-arranged during booking process, can guests please telephone the hotel if they think they may be later than their previous arrangement. Please note there is a 3%charge for all card payments. For convenience we offer travel cots and bedding, moses basket and bedding, play/changing mat, steam sterilising unit, high chairs and 2 way baby monitors ALL FREE OF CHARGE.

Newly added for 2010 is an evening snack menu in the week and a full 3 course evening meal at weekends. The same principles apply to evening meals as to breakfasts. Quality produce cooked to order with an emphasis on home cooked, flavoursome food. There are many reasons to commend Tan Yr Onnen but the best way to find out about this little gem is to try it.
